giveaway terms & conditions
If you participate in our BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C promotions and giveaways (the “Giveaways”) you fully accept these general terms and conditions of BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C (“GT&C”) and you acknowledge that you fulfil all eligibility requirements. BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C giveaways are eligible to UK residents only.
ELIGIBILITY
If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter to the Giveaways. BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C may exclude any participants who are not able to provide with such proof. Employees of BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C are not eligible to participate.
DATE OF GIVEAWAYS
The Giveaways shall start and close on the date specified on the BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP Instagram and/or BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C TikTok posts. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.
HOW TO ENTER
The Giveaways post on Instagram and/or TikTok will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaways. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Instagram and/or TikTok post. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.
THE WINNER
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram and/or TikTok via our official BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP account within five business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours, BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.Cs decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
PRIZE
The promotional prize shall be a BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C service or product as indicated on the BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C Instagram and/or BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C TikTok post. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
SHIPMENT
We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
PERSONAL DATA
Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram and/or BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C TikTok post, Instagram and/or TikTok stories.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
BLACKOUT DANCE CAMP C.I.C reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any times or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediately effect upon the publication thereof.
GOVERNING LAW & COMPETENT COURT
The Giveaways are governed by UK law. Any dispute that may arise will be subject to the competent and relevant UK court.
